我是八年级二班的英语兼生物老师。作为一名英语教师，我深深感到肩上责任重大，为了让家长了解学生的学习情况以及了解我的教学水平和能力，在此，我进展以下成绩分析与各位家长分享和探讨。
1、尊敬师长，团结同学。
2、课堂纪律良好，上课积极表现和热烈讨论问题。
3、按时完成作业，遇到难懂的题时，主动问老师。
4、竞争意识强，都很上进。
我们的家长都非常重视孩子们的英语学习，大家都意识到英语学习不管是对我们的日常生活还是升学来说，都有着重要的作用，有着重大的意义。而我们中学阶段的教学目的在于培养学生的学习兴趣、良好的语言习惯、运用英语进展交际的能力以及跨文化意识。因此，我的课堂也是围绕听、说、读、写几个方面对所学知识进展操练和运用。通过一段时间的教学，我发现这个班学生都特别负责，班风、学风也很好，最重要的是绝大多数的同学自尊心强，上进心强，这使我对他们充满信心。
但同样也发现了以下问题：
英语学习方面：
1、学习心态和态度不端正。少部分学生没有意识到学习英语的重要性，对于学习英语是抱着无态度。
2、学习习惯不够好。我要求学生在上课前集体朗读单词或课文，这对锻炼他们的'英语口语和音准有很大的帮助，但是还是有好几个学生态度不端正，敷衍了事。我还要求读英语的时候用手指单词和句子，有利于对单词的记忆，并且能更好的集中注意力。但是有很多人没有这种习惯，眼睛盯着天花板，盯着窗户读的都有，甚至还有的同学边发呆边跟着读，这样就没有效果。还存在着严重的畏难情绪，我给的问题或是阅读材料还刚出来就有人抱怨“我不会做”、“这么难”、“看不懂”，我会反问他们“你还没看题怎么知道不会做?遇到困难首先想到的不是解决问题而是逃避，那么你永远不会进步”。这段时间这种情况几乎没有了。
3、少数同学根底不好。到现在26个字母还读不全、默不全。这也是颇让人头疼的问题。
4、阅读能力欠佳，有待提高。阅读在今后的升学考试，包括中考、高考、研究生考试以及大学英语四、六级考试中都占有很大的分值。但我们的学生对于阅读暂时还没有概念。我要求他们把阅读材料读三遍，第一遍泛读，也就是浏览;第二遍精读，把生词划出来，根据上下文理解单词的意思;第三遍答复以下问题，但是很少有同学能够严格按照要求完成，往往是读了一遍就不想读了。 针对以上问题，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家长的配合和支持。
1、催促学生在家听英语磁带，每周不少于1小时，最好能每天坚持听10—15分钟，这将对孩子的学习有很大帮助。
2、争取消化当天所学的单词，不要积压任务。我会在每单元完毕的时候组织一次听写，并要求学生带回家给家长过目。
3、请家长催促孩子在家里完成家庭作业，以免他们来学校在匆忙之中互相抄袭。有时的默写作业我也会烦请各位家长签字，这也是为了给学生一点点压力，让他们知道父母会经常检查他们的作业本，一定要认真写才行。家长可以让学生自己默写或者报中文意思都可以，但最重要的是在学生默完后，催促他们对着书本更正。
4、每一个单元都有阅读的部分，并且附有课后习题。如果你的孩子英语根底不是很好，可以催促他们先在家，做适当的预习。 生物学习方面：
每个学生对这个世界的事物充满了好奇心，上课时气氛活泼，积极表现，课堂作业很认真，家庭作业也能按时完成，考试成绩优异。
总之，我和各位家长有着共同的心愿，都想尽自己最大的努力去培养这些孩子，他们个个都聪明、可爱，只是有些孩子的潜能还没有得到充分的开掘。

I am very excited and feel it's a great honor to stand here to deliver my speech. what i'm going to talk about is "choice in my life"
I can still remember the first time i failed in a singing contest. i immediately ran to my grandma, shedding lots of tears of course! i cried loudly and could hardly utter a word!
Then, badly needed comforting words and touch came from grandma. i gradually regained my sense of pride and a sensible control of my feelings. yet, head down, i said: "grandma, i have no choice, and i have to give up, right?" "look at me, my dear!"she said gently. i looked up, straight into her eyes. what i saw was a shining, sweet, and loving stream from the bottom of her heart! then, there came the gentle voice of hers: "no, no, no…" her head shaking, while eyes smiling. "why don't you give more attention to the details?" she continued.
No other words were needed any more! i started practicing and rehearsing once again, paying special attention to those little things that i used to ignore. as a consequence, my overall performance was quickly elevated to a new high! without much trouble, in another singing contest held months later, i won!
What do i learn from this experience? never give up lightly! life's full of opportunities, and lots of them! to realize your dreams and fulfill your potential, you must learn to work hard and smart and steer your lifeboat wisely! as a li ling's sportswear commercial goes "everything is possible!" but not without sweat, devotion, and tears sometimes!
Life is a long journey, during which we are surely going to face many challenges, experience lots of failures, and equally, many opportunities are waving to us, while sweet rewards are waiting for us! to transform these opportunities into fruitful results, or turn those challenges and failures into valuable assets, we must learn to seize the good ones and not to retreat lightly in front of difficulties.

通过一个多学期的观看，我觉察有些孩子在英语课堂上学得很好，教师教的一般都会读，但其次天的反应却比拟差。一年级学生的学习力量、承受新学问的力量比拟强，但遗忘力量也非常强，假如当天晚上不进展复习的”话，其次天往往会把前一天学习的内容遗忘。所以为了让您的`孩子英语学习有连续性，在课外，我盼望家长能够多关怀孩子的英语学习状况，并提以下几点建议：
1.帮忙孩子养成听英语习惯。
⑴每天安排一个固定的时间（10分钟左右）催促孩子听英语。如每天固定在晚上7：00听英语，则每天一到这个时间就帮忙孩子预备好，让孩子养成习惯。听英语时，能听一句跟着说一句，并比照自己的发音，尽量仿照，自己订正。
⑵帮忙孩子完成听说英语作业。由于我们是从口语开头训练，所以一年级的英语作业大多是听和说。让孩子看着英语单词卡片说一说，或边做动作边说等等。并建议家长让孩子看着英语书第一页的英语汇总表让孩子读一读上面的句子和单词。
2.帮忙孩子养成用英语的习惯。
我们的英语教学不从a b c字母开头，而从英语口语开头，一方面是遵从学习规律；另一方面是为了孩子应用的需要。我盼望您能多问问
孩子“今日英语学到了什么”，孩子学到的儿歌，歌曲等可以鼓舞他表演给别人看。有条件的还可以用学到的与孩子对话。总之，鼓舞孩子把学到的在家里用起来。
3. 帮孩子搜集一些少儿英文歌曲，在家里多让孩子听一听。

I remember when I was young; my mother often described the beauty of the grasslands through this poem: “tian cang cang, ye mang mang,feng chui cao di xian niu yang”. it means in English “Clear skies, sweeping plains, the grass bowing before the wind, revealing grazing horses and sheep.” I could recite this even before entering primary school.
16years ago, my mother visited one of the grassland of Inner Mongolia. She said that no words could describe it’s stunning natural charm. With her description firmly printed on my mind I began to long for a tour to the grassland.
Sadly, this marvelous image that I had in my mind changed completely when my mum and I visited the grassland a year ago. As soon as we got there, I couldn’t believe my eyes. What was in front of me was just a piece of land with loosely grown grass. In the far distance I saw only a couple of horses feeding lazily. I asked my mother: “Where is the lush, tall grass?” As puzzled as me, she said nothing. I was shocked to see the differences between the grassland in my dream and what was in front of me.
On the way home, I thought a lot and tried to find answers.
Now I am old enough to bring awareness to other people and share my dream for the grasslands. Overgrazing and extensive farming have ruined the grassland and so taken away the charm of our homeland. But I am confident that one day the grasslands will recover and its true wealth and beauty will be realized as long as everybody gives his contribution to restore our homeland.

从我记事时起，我妈妈就常向我提起草原的景象。“天苍苍，野茫茫，风吹草低现牛羊。”的诗句，在我上小学前就已经耳熟能详了。陪伴我去草原以前，妈妈也只去过一次草原，那是在1988年夏天，妈妈陪南方来的朋友们一起去呼和浩特市北郊的昭和草原观光。妈妈说：草原真美呀，蓝蓝的天空下，茂密的草场，足有一人高，放眼望去，一望无际，风吹过，绿浪翻滚，像大海的波涛，真是一片绿色的海洋。妈妈的描述，使我从六岁起就对草原充满向往。
直到去年的.国庆假期，妈妈第一次带我去了草原以后，我脑海中草原的印象却完全变了
当旅游车停在了一片只有几厘米高，更像是一个大草坪一样的操场时，导游说：草原到了。我满怀喜悦的心情被下车时看到的景象迷惑了。问妈妈：这就是草原呀?!怎么不见风吹草低现牛羊啊!妈妈也显得很吃惊。如此低矮的草;更没有洁白的羊群，吃草的马儿也显得无精打采。

They can play to their audience, speak clearly with an authoritative tone, or even simply possess natural charisma like Steve Jobs or Richard Branson. One thing that is universal is eye contact. We spend 28.3 years of our life sleeping.
That’s almost a third of our life but 30% of us struggle to sleep well.
We spend 10.5 years of our life working but over 50% of us want to leave our current jobs.
Time is more valuable than money.
You can get more money, but you can never get more time.
We spend 9 years on TV and social media.
We spend 6 years doing chores.
We spend 4 years eating and drinking.
We spend 3.5 years in education.
We spend 2.5 years grooming.
We spend 2.5 years shopping.
We spend 1.5 years in child care.
And we spend 1.3 years commuting.
That leaves us with 9 years.
How will we spend that time?
Steve Jobs said “your time is limited so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.”
So there’s good news and there’s bad news.
That bad news is time flies; the good news is you’re the pilot.
Imagine you wake up every day with $86400 in your bank account.
And at the end of the night, it’s all gone whether you spent it or not.
And then the next day you get another $86400.
What would we do with it?
Every day 86400 seconds are deposited into your life account.
At the end of the day once they’re all used up you get a new 86400 seconds.
We would never waste it if it was money, so why do we waste it when it comes to time?
Those seconds are so much more powerful than dollars because you can always make more dollars, you can’t always make more time.
To realize the value of 1 year, ask a student who failed a grade.
To realize the value of 1 month, ask a mother who lost their child in the final month.
To realize the value of 1 week, ask the editor of an online magazine.
To realize the value of 1 hour, ask the couple who’s in a long-distance relationship.
To realize the value of 1 minute, ask the person who just missed a bus, train or plane.
To realize the value of 1 second, ask the person who just missed an accident.
To realize the value of 1 millisecond, ask the person who just came 2nd at the Olympics.
We think it’s people wasting our time but it’s really us giving them the permission to do that.
And in reality, these two people live inside us.
Don’t let someone be a priority when all you are to them is an option.
Some of us lose the people most important to us because we don’t value their time.
Some of us don’t recognize how important someone is to us until they’re gone.
Inside all of us are two voices.
one voice that wants to uplift, one voice that wants us to expand, one voice that wants us to grow.
And then there’s the other voice----The voice that holds us back, the voice that makes us lazy, the voice that makes us complacent. The voice that restricts us from our potential.
Every day from the moment we wake up until the moment we go to sleep, inside of us there’s this battle between the two voices.
And guess which one wins?
The one that we listen to the most.
The one that we feed.
The one that we amplify.
It is our choice of how we use our time.
Life and time are the best two teachers.
Life teaches us to make good use of time.

We know the nature of impeachment. we've been talking about it awhile now.It is chiefly designed for the president and his high ministers to somehow be called into account. It is designed to "bridle" the executive if he engages in excesses. "It is designed as a method of national inquest into the conduct of public men." The framers confided in the congress the power if need be, to remove the president in order to strike a delicate balance between a president swollen with power and grown tyrannical, and preservation of the independence of the executive.
The nature of impeachment: a narrowly channeled exception to the separation-of-powers maxim. The federal convention of 1787 said that. It limited impeachment to high crimes and misdemeanors and discounted and opposed the term "maladministration." "It is to be used only for great misdemeanors," so it was said in the north carolina ratification convention. And in the virginia ratification convention: "we do not trust our liberty to a particular branch. We need one branch to check the other."

高中英语学科的高手历来都具备以下四大特征：
一、词汇量比一般学生大，语言知识（习惯用法）积累够多。
二、语法基础过硬，并且在阅读能中敏锐地发现语法知识和语言知识。
三、听说能力很强。
四、善于捕捉机会用英语表达自己，有良好的英语思维习惯。
英语是一门工具学科，其重点不在于要从老师那里学到多少有关英语的知识，而在于在老师的指导和帮助下，练就一套扎实过硬的听说读写能力和探究英语语言规律的能力。作为刚跨进高中大门的一年级的新生，不宜仅停留和满足于初中英语学习中所形成的一些学习方式。过去的学习方式需要发展、改进和完善。英语学习是在一系列活动中完成的。这些活动应该组成一个完整的系统。在构建自己的英语学习系统中，一定要从听、说、读和写四大技能方面考虑。
能听懂他人比较纯正的英语，不仅是英语考试的需要，也是同学们未来步入社会，施展才能所必需的技能。我们平时的听力训练不仅仅是在训练你的英语听力，其实它也是一种语感培养，充足的英语听力训练同时也会极大的有助于提高学习者的口语能力。鉴于同学们不可能自己抽出多少时间去听英语歌曲、看英文电影或者直接用英语与人口头交流，那么，充分利用好本年级统一的听力训练时间就显得尤其重要。在听力训练中，既要学会抓关键词，也要学会听懂完整的句子；既要学会听懂不同语音语调对语意的影响，也要学会听懂有失去爆破和连读现象的句子。有难度的听力训练试题最好是能在过了一段时间后，等到忘记得差不多时，有再听一次的机会。所以在做听力训练试题时，我建议同学们一律用铅笔做记号，对完答案、看完录音文字材料后再把铅笔痕迹察掉。
英语的口头表达能力虽然不是我们考试的必备能力，但它却是同学们将来所需要的最重要的，最实用的英语技能。一口流利的英语是每一个英语学习者所梦想达到的理想水平。重视口语能力的训练不仅对未来有重要意义，对提高同学们高中阶段的英语水平也有非常重要的意义。说英语就是运用英语。语言能力和语言知识，同许多其它能力和知识一样，只有通过运用，并且经常运用才会真正地学到手，学到家。英语是一门语言。语言是听出来的，是经过不断模仿后才能说出来的。高中生的英语口语能力要求，除了一般日常交际应答以外，还应该具备能连续表达含五个以上的句子。练就一口流畅的英语口语需要同学们抓住三个机会：一是课堂上老师为同学们提供的开口机会。二是课前演讲或者值日报告的机会。三是早读是个好机会。早读不应该总是停留在背单词、背课文这样的简单劳动中。单词不是用来背诵的。朗读单词的目的是要把单词的发音读准，并且能上口，读起来不勉强，不绕口。课文也不是用来背诵的。熟读课文是为了加深理解，巩固词汇知识和语法知识。既然口语能力那么重要，同学们不妨把背诵或者复述课文当成是口语表达或者演讲的准备呢？换句话说，把课文材料准备得再熟悉不过以后，来一次演讲展示，那且不美哉！真正的高英语水平绝不是看书看出来的，也不是做习题能做出来的，更不是听老师讲课能听出来的。早读期间通过不断模仿，放声吼叫，反复实践，你一定能快速提高自己的口语表达能力。
英语短文阅读的重要性不仅表现在高中英语考试中它的份量最大，而且还表现在英语短文是英语词汇知识和语法知识的载体方面。词汇量的扩大、词汇知识的丰富和句子表达的多样性光靠死记硬背是无法也不可能实现的。扩大词汇量、丰富自己的词汇知识和地道完美的表达自己只有依靠优良的阅读习惯。教材课文是精读材料，需要同学们读熟读透，直至能开口娓娓道来为止。课外阅读又叫泛读。高中英语新课标教材对高中前八个模块的学习有一个要求：课外阅读要完成30万单词的阅读量。也就是说：同学们需要每天有500到700个单词量的阅读。课外阅读也是运用语言的一种必不可少的形式。课外阅读不能停留在完成几道阅读理解试题或者完形填空试题。关键在尽量弄懂文章中的每一句话含义、长难句的结构。留意你还不很熟悉的词汇、词汇知识和语法知识。还要去认真体会不同的英语句子在表达上的精确性。千万不要在一些你还不认识的，拼写怪诞，发音困难的生僻词汇上浪费时间和精力。
阅读能力，除词汇量大小以外，还包含阅读速度、长难句理解、和把握主题大意的能力。要会快速阅读，同学们必须学会一些阅读的技能：如：skimming(跳读)、scanning(扫读)和digesting(研读)。Skimming和scanning就是根据阅读任务在文中查找相关信息。Digesting主要是用来理解长难句、把握主题大意和作者意图以及猜测词义的技术。不仅要研读长难句结构，也还需要研读逻辑关系。
流畅的短文表达能力在很大程度上依赖于你的词汇量、词汇知识和句法知识。它们的积累在于平时的听、说和读的活动。写作表达能力中，你的英语句式的结构思维能力或者英语习惯思维能力会对表达能力有重要影响。这就需要同学们平时养成一个良好习惯：那就是总是试图用英语来表达出你眼睛所看到的，耳朵能听到的，身体能感受到的和你思想能想到的。除此之外，一篇优秀的短文还少不了三个要素：即结构，内容和语言。
一片结构完美的英文短文，尤其是说明文和议论文，往往有一个比较完优美的，诱人深入阅读的开头语。主题句是可从开头语中自然而然过度而来。你所程述的观点，一般都要用事实做论证，或者用具体方式方法来支持。巧妙的结论句往往能使文章锦上添花。
内容需要真实，合乎情理，能让人信服。文中不要有与主题无关的内容。
语言要尽可能是地道的，去汉语化的英语。要经常套用自己在阅读中、在课堂上学来句子结构去表达自己。要敢于尝试用比较复杂的句子结构和比较高级的词汇来使文章进一步美化。
听所读写四大技能并不是各自孤立的，也是相互作用和相互制约的。如果平时，只注重某一项技能的学习和训练，那是不可能成为一位真正的英语强手的。
任何一门学科都需要踏实的学习作风。外语也不例外。学外语的实主要表现在以下几个方面：
一、落实词汇、词汇知识和特殊句式的积累。落实词汇和词汇知识并不是反复背记词汇表中的单词。落实词汇、词汇知识以及特殊句式的最好办法是先探究后运用。一个词汇在经过七到八次在不同时间和不同的语境中运用后，它就是你的了。词汇知识和特殊句式也是一样。写作是运用，造句是运用，阅读，倾听和与他人用英语交流也是运用。借助词典进行造句练习，在造句中运用新学的词汇不失为一种行之有效的简单易行的方式。
二、落实课外阅读。每天坚持花半小时阅读一两篇短文。一要真正读懂。二要留意词汇运用。
三、落实早自习精读。每次有硬指标，死任务。
四、落实课内课外书面作业。简单的完成老师布置的作业量并不是落实。书面作业质的落实必须是在真正懂了、记住了的基础上又快又好的独立的、闭卷式的完成书面作业。对发现的漏洞和缺陷要采取补救措施。
五、落实自主探究的学习能力培养。学习中缺乏自主探究，不善于利用团队合作和与老师沟通是很多高中生在学习中存在的一种普遍想象。老师不是保姆，老师不可能把英语的词汇知识和英语的四大能力烹制成一道道佳肴后，一口一口地喂进学生的口中。老师的探究代替不了学生的探究。学习能力的培养主要是探究能力的培养。学会了探究，你才会在知识的大海中畅游。学会了探究，你才会成为终身学习者。英语学科的探究应该表现在对某一特定词汇在文中、在句中的.用法和含义的探究，对长难句结构和含义的探究，对相关知识关联的探究，对作者意图、主题大意的探究，当然也包含对学法的探究。要探究知识，要有工具（词典以及各种手册等）的帮助，更要有团队的合作，还要有老师的帮助。团队合作可以让你取他人之长补自己之短，还可以集思广益，产生思想火花。常与老师沟通是可以使你更容易发现前进的方向，少走弯路。
总而言之，英语学习需要同学们从听说读写四大技能方面养成良好的学习习惯，坚持语言知识积累、精读、泛读、课内课外作业和自主探究五个方面的脚踏实地地勤奋努力，就能够比较轻松地完成高中英语的学习，为自己将来的远大理想奠定坚实的外语基础。
Thanksgiving is a very important American festivity and it is celebrated on the last Thursday of November.
However, schools and many shops and offices are closed for four days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Why is Thanksgiving such an important day?
The tradition started with the Pilgrims, the founders of America.
The Pilgrims left Great Britain in 1620. They wanted to start a new life in America .他们想在美国开始新的生活。 One hundred men, women and children left Britain on a small ship called

They arrived on the north-east coast of North America in December 1620 and founded Plymouth.
It was winter and they had no homes and little food.

The friendly Wampanoag Indians helped them during the long winter.
In the spring the Pilgrims met an Indian called Squanto. He explained how to grow corn, hunt and live in the wilderness.

There was hope for the future. The Pilgrim leader, decided to celebrate with a dinner for the Pilgrims and the Indians.He wanted to give thanks to Gd.
This was the first Thanksgiving dinner and it lasted for three days.
Today the traditional Thanksgiving meal is similar to the first.

一、注重教学过程管理，强调先进教学方法和理念的实施。
如何充分发挥小学英语在实现教育目标中的功能，从而体现小学英语在整个课程中的地位和作用，是小学英语教学必须重视的问题。英语学习的启蒙阶段是非常重要的，教学的成功与否将对学生的终身学习产生深远影响。小学开设英语课程的目的在于培养学生学习英语的积极情感，形成初步的英语语感，打好语音、语调的基础，具备用所学英语进行交流的初级能力。通过英语课程的学习，丰富社会生活经历、开拓视野、树立学习的自信心。为此在实际教学中我们要求广大教师积极实践和探索，在教学目标、课程实施、教学方法、教学评价等方面做到层层推进。在实践过程中应该明确以下几点：
1.在教学总体目标上，重兴趣、重成就感、重自信心的培养。教师通过多种激励的方式，如奖品激励、任务激励、荣誉激励、信任激励和情感激励等，激发学生积极参与、大胆实践、体验成功的喜悦。有了成就感，就有了自信心，学生就会渴望学习英语；在课程实施上，重环境、重频率、重效率。教学中特别强调语言环境的创设，充分利用和开发电视、录音、录像、光碟等多种媒体，丰富教学内容、活跃教学气氛、创设生动和真实的语言环境。尽量在课堂上创造真实的情境，克服课时少的困难，并且按排早读课及时复习，保证学生高频率的接触英语，为学生创造有效的学习条件，提高学习效率；在语言教学目标上，重语感、重语音语调基础、重交流能力。学校和教师积极创造条件，提供良好的语言环境和设备，通过提供大量的感知、体验、模仿等实践活动，帮助学生形成初步的语感。语音语调的学习包括发音、重音、语调、节奏和语流等多方面，教学中要求教师防止以单音准确为目的的教学，通过多听、多模仿，在有意义的语境中进行训练，奠定语音语调的基础。强调要培养学生交流能力就要创设交流的情景，使学生通过交流发展交流的能力。
2.在教学模式和方法上，重体验、重实践、重参与、重创造。要求教学设计贴近生活，符合小学生兴趣的需求；教学内容能引起学生的兴趣，例如韵律诗歌、寓言故事、会话表演、游戏等；教学的语言材料要真实、实用。学生在课上通过用中学、学中用，反复实践，学用结合。功能、结构、话题、任务做到有机结合；以话题为核心，以功能和结构为主线，以任务型活动为目标安排各单元或各课的教学；通过视、听、说、玩、唱、画、游、读、写、译等饶有趣味的活动，让学生接触足够量的语言材料，保证输入量，“习得”与“学得”结合，使学生逐步培养起初步的语感；通过大量语言材料的输入，特别是声像材料的示范，学生模仿，教师指导，使学生逐步形成良好的语音、语调、书写、拼读的习惯。设计任务型活动，开放空间，激活学生的思维，培养创造思维。自始至终引导学生通过完成具体任务活动来学习语言，让学生为了特定的学习目的去进行特定的语言活动，通过完成特定的交际任务来获得和积累相应的学习经验。教学方法要多样，且生动活泼，激发学生的学习兴趣。充分利用教科书中的课文创设栩栩如生的情景，为学生提供使用英语进行交流的机会。实践中，我们发现每当孩子们进入角色，成功地做成一件事，他们便情不自禁，喜形于色，因此兴趣倍增、信心加强，动机和情意受到了很大的激励。同时要求布置的练习形式要多种多样，做到手、脑、口、耳、眼、肢、体并用，静态、动态相结合，基本操练与自由练习相结合，单项和综合练习相结合。通过大量的实践，使学生具有良好的语音、语调、书写和拼读的基础，并能用英语表情达意，开展简单的交流活动。
二、创设良好的语言学习环境，扩展英语教学的时空。
⒈灵活安排教学组织和课堂，以学生为主体，充分调动学生的积极性，开展两人小组、多人小组、成行、成排、半班等多种形式的活动。这是小学英语教学的重要特点之一。只有开展这些活动才能使每一个学生充分地参与课堂实践，才能体现出语言的交际性，才能实现师生之间和学生之间的互动性。课堂上课桌椅的摆放形式根据教学的需要采用不同的方式——秧田式、半圆式、全圆式、双圆式等，目的是为了更好地开展各种教学活动。这样做可以促进师生之间的情感交流，而且可以帮助学生培养起互相关心，合作的团队精神。
⒉采用多种媒体的现代化教学手段，创设良好的语言环境和充分的语言实践机会，优化。利用英语教学音像资源——图画、图表、投影、录音、录像、cd、vcd、dvd等，不仅能为学生提供规范的语音、语调，还可以提供真实自然的语言使用的示范，即语言使用的场合、时间、对象等，而且还有体态语——手势、动作、表情等的示范。多种媒体的运用使教学变得生动、形象、活泼，感染力强，容易激发学生兴趣，引起有意注意，加深印象，帮助学生持久记忆。充分利用现代化教学手段，可以超越时间和空间的限制，使学生置身于以英语为母语的环境中，体验英语的实际运用。的使用可以使教学过程程序化，大大提高教学的效率，这一点对我们课时少的小学英语课尤为重要。
⒊把英语学习从有限的课内时空扩展到无限的课外时空，成立小小英语角、学校布置英语走廊、让学生制作英语画刊等各种形式的活动极大地提高了学生学英语的热情，让学生感受到英语无处不在、无时不学。
三、努力总结和发现问题，及时调整。
在实际教学过程中，教师应积极实践，不断探索，针对实际工作中出现的问题和学生身心特点，总结规律，认真思考，不断摸索。尤其是在中教师应具备良好的应变机制。①学习过程要有趣味性、有意义，要有利于激发学生主动参与的欲望。②善于利用学生的生活体验，通过让学生交流，使他们对所学语言产生亲切感，从而激发学习动机。及时、正确地给予评价激发学生的成就感，从而产生学习的新动力。常常采用师生问答形式，学生感到枯燥、厌烦。教师让学生与长毛绒动物握手交流，学生兴趣倍增。
四、认真进行质量监控、积极推进评价改革
采用人本与发展的模式来理解教育和人类发展的关系，是当前教育理念的核心，即尊重个体和个体差异，实施因材施教，实现全人教育，为个体的终身学习打下基础。因此，在教学中必须实施新的`评价理念，提倡形成性评价和终结性评价有机结合。做到评价主体互动化，评价内容多元化，评价过程动态化。评价的基本目标是为了教育并促进学生的表现，要求教师尊重和爱护每个学生的学习积极性，对学生的成绩和点滴进步适时地加以肯定。采用口头表扬和精神奖励的方式，如奖给小红花、红星、纸制奖牌、课文中的人物卡通图片等。特别要注意对学习后进的学生所取得的进步及时给予表扬。要求评价形式具有多样性和可选择性，以形成性评价为主，以学生平时参与各种英语教学活动所表现的兴趣、态度和交流能力为主要依据。采用学生平时教学活动中常见的方式进行，重视学生的态度、参与的积极性、努力的程度、交流的能力以及合作的精神等。通过观察学生的活动（讲故事、说歌谣、唱歌曲、表演对话或短剧等），与学生交流，学生的自评、互评等生动活泼的方式进行。很多学校建立了学生的评价档案。如学生的语音、书写记录，学生参与小组活动的情况记载，学生课余时间的学习拓展情况等统统作为学期总成绩评定的指标参考。由于注重对学生平时学习情况及时地进行评价，有效地提高了学生学英语的积极性。除形成性评价外，小学三年级期末或学年考试以口试和听力考查为主，五、六年级采用口试、听力、笔试相结合的方式。口试主要考查学生实际的语言应用能力；笔试主要考查学生听和读的技能以及初步的写作能力。评价采用等级制或达标方法记成绩，不对学生按成绩排队或以此作为各种评比或选拔的依据。教学评价是为学习服务的，目的在于提高学生学习的效率，成为学生学习的动力和源泉，为学生的终身发展服务。
有效教学在小学英语教学中的实施是为了提高教师的工作效益、强化过程评价和目标管理。为此我始终从教学的准备、教学的实施、教学的评价三方面入手，自始至终地关注学生的进步和发展、关注教学效益，关注教学中的可测性。同时教师还应具备一种反思的意识，不断地调整自己的教学行为掌握相关的教学策略，以便于自己面对具体的情景做出相应的决策，获取最大的教学效益。
